Due to hormonal imbalances and the changes occurring in the body it is very common to have leg cramps during pregnancy. They also occur when the weight of the baby increases or if the pregnant mom is deficient in magnesium and calcium.
To get relief from it you can keep them in mind.....
* Increase the consumption of fluids.* Make sure you pass out urine frequently to prevent yourself from "oedema".
* Place your legs in lukewarm water for some time.
* Massage your legs with lavender oil as it will ease your pain.
* Keep pillow in between your legs to make yourself comfortable.
* Switch positions while sleeping to avoid numbness.
Note :
- Oedema in lung & brain are fatal
- Subcutaneous oedema impairs wound healing
