DURING LABOUR PAIN....

When a newly married couple gets to know they are going to become parents it is the most exciting news ever. They face each hurdle together waiting to see the newborn in their hands...Here are a few things that they should keep in mind during labour.




* Use a hot bag with hot not boiling water in your hip area.

* Ask someone to massage your back.

* Take a deep breath and calm yourself down.

* Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

* Stand up and walk around as it helps during labour.

* Do not lie on your back as it can make your contractions slower and painful.

* Keep your stomach empty or eat bland food.

* Consume more fluids.

* Lie down on your sides as it may help you.

* Imagine the moment your baby comes out in your hands.

* Have your mother or husband beside you to make you feel better.
